Juice Maker

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Juice Maker to prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and healthy beverages while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in juice preparation and be knowledgeable about fruits, vegetables, and beverage presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences.
• Select, wash, peel, and cut fresh fruits and vegetables for daily operations.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
• Operate and maintain juicing machines, blenders, and other equipment safely.
• Monitor inventory of fruits, vegetables, syrups, and other ingredients and report shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the juice preparation area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and reduce wastage.
• Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in developing new juice and smoothie recipes when required.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Handle customer requests and dietary preferences professionally.
• Support the team with opening and closing duties, cleaning, and stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Juice Maker, Barista, or in a similar food and beverage role.
• Experience in preparing fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, and healthy beverages.
• Knowledge of fruits, vegetables, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to operate juicing and blending equipment efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
