Junior / General Accountant

Position: Junior / General Accountant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT laws.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and expense tracking.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE preferred; home country experience also considered.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
