Main Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key and strategic accounts.

• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers.

• Achieve sales targets and grow assigned accounts.

• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage contracts, tenders, and long-term agreements.

• Prepare annual account plans, forecasts, and growth strategies.

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reports.

Key Accountabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, or related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in Key Account Management (Dental preferred).

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Deep understanding of dental products and market dynamics.

• CRM proficiency and willingness to travel.

Languages

  • Arabic and English professional proficiency.
