Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Specialist role based in Dammam. The Laboratory Specialist will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, perform diagnostic tests, ensure accuracy in reporting results, and maintain laboratory equipment. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with quality control standards, handling laboratory medicine procedures, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver accurate analysis. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient functioning of the laboratory while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment and applying advanced Laboratory Skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and interpreting laboratory data
• Familiarity with Quality Control processes to ensure reliable and accurate test results
• Knowledge and experience in Laboratory Medicine practices
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site healthcare environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline; certification in medical technology or equivalent is preferred
• Prior work experience in laboratory settings is an advantage
