Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. In this on-site role, you will provide support to students in their learning and development, assist teachers in implementing lesson plans, ensure classroom organization, and promote a safe and inclusive environment. You will also play a key role in safeguarding and supporting the well-being of children and young people during their educational journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in Assistant Teaching and supporting learning development
• Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding practices, especially in safeguarding children
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children and young people
• Familiarity with educational settings or similar professional roles is a plus
• Certifications or training in child education or support roles are advantageous
