Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in KSA-Abha.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hospital equipment, building systems, and facilities. This role ensures the hospital environment remains safe, functional, and compliant with safety standards. The technician works closely with the Facility Supervisor and hospital departments to support smooth and efficient operations.

Job Requirements

• Technical Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably within healthcare or hospital settings.
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and equipment schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance for hospital systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing problems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all worksites.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs completed.
• Assist in monitoring and reducing utility consumption where possible.
• Support facility inspections and corrective actions for violations or hazards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when external repair services are required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in organized and safe condition.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe situations immediately.
• Support the Facility Supervisor in maintenance planning and projects.
