Manager – Outpatient Services

• Work with the Head of Patient Access to ensure that the Outpatient Services develops appropriate action plans to meet the required access standards.
• Support the design and provision of information systems to record and monitor service quality.
• Act on the findings of internal or external audits to continuously enhance the quality of the service.
• Collaborate with the clinical administrators to ensure effective use of available resources and to provide the highest quality and quantity of required services.
• Provide the clinical sector with operational information and timely information to manage services effectively and ensure informed decision-making regarding patient care and clinical optimization solutions.
• Identify the reasons for non-shows and implement appropriate corrective actions to reduce waiting times and facilitate access to care.
• Ensure that templates are correctly reflected in SALAMA in a timely manner and with the appropriate requirements to ensure access to care and optimization of operational and clinical resources.
• Adopt an innovative approach to service development, maximizing digitalization to provide excellent customer service.
• Assess patient satisfaction levels with physicians and other healthcare providers, and track trends to emphasize ongoing improvement.
• Develop and support the implementation of initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and efficiency.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure access to care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s - Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

Master’s Degree - Healthcare Administration

+5 years - Healthcare setting

2 years - Supervisory responsibilities
