Manager Strategic Partnerships

🔷 ABOUT THE ROLE

At Careever, we are scaling our global footprint across 70+ countries , working closely with insurers, TPAs, and hospital networks to manage international patient flows.

We are looking for a highly connected, senior professional based in Dubai who can build, expand, and activate global facilitator partnerships .

This role is not about coordination.

This is about building a powerful international network and driving case flow across markets .

🔷 WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Build and expand Careever’s global facilitator network
• Identify and onboard strong facilitator partners across key countries
• Drive two-way case flow :

Route Careever cases to global partners

Bring inbound cases into Careever network

• Establish long-term partnerships , not one-time tie-ups
• Travel across markets to:

Build relationships

Close partnerships

Strengthen on-ground networks

• Work closely with:

Insurance companies

TPAs

International hospital desks

• Position Careever as a preferred global partner for cross-border care

🔷 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role requires real network strength , not just experience.

You should have:

• 10+ years of experience in:

International healthcare

Medical tourism

Insurance / TPA ecosystem

• Strong existing relationships with:

Global facilitators

Hospitals / international desks

Insurance / TPA stakeholders

• Proven ability to:

Build partnerships

Drive business through relationships

• Deep understanding of:

Cross-border patient flows

Estimation, approvals, and case handling dynamics

• Willingness to travel frequently across countries

🔷 IDEAL PROFILE

• Someone who is already well-networked globally
• Known within the facilitator / medical tourism ecosystem
• Comfortable operating at CXO / senior stakeholder level
• Commercially aware and able to structure win-win partnerships
