Key responsibilities:

  • Campaign support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and social media.
  • Content creation: Help create marketing materials such as social media posts, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Social media management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
  • Data and analysis: Track and report on marketing metrics and analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and target audiences.
  • Administrative duties: Manage marketing databases and CRM software, maintain contact lists, and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as reception and graphic design, to coordinate promotions and create materials, respectively.
  • Event support: Help organize and execute marketing events.
