Marketing Coordinator

Organizing and coordinating administrative and medical tasks related to the doctor, and ensuring smooth communication between the doctor, patients, and various departments, which contributes to improving the quality of healthcare services and enhancing work efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and directing them according to established procedures.
• Preparing the doctor with the necessary files and information before appointments.
• Following up on treatment plans and subsequent appointments in coordination with patients.
• Following up with clients regarding payment of treatment packages and ensuring completion of payment according to the approved policies.
• Coordinating with the Accounts Department regarding invoices and payments for packages.
• Documenting payment transactions and follow-ups in the approved system.
• Maintaining confidentiality of medical information in accordance with established regulations.
• Performing any other administrative tasks related to the nature of the work.

• Proven experience in administration, coordination, and marketing.
• Ability to provide clear and actionable feedback in a constructive manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
