About Mekaaz

Mekaaz is a Saudi-based health-tech startup specializing in remote elderly care solutions through IoT, AI, and smart wearable technology. Our flagship product, Sanad Band, enables families to monitor the health of their elderly relatives in real time through a dedicated mobile application.

We are currently in the pre-launch phase and are building the foundational team that will drive our market entry. This internship is a structured, hands-on probationary period. Candidates who successfully complete the internship and demonstrate the required performance standards will be offered a formal employment contract.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and bilingual digital marketing interns to join our team ahead of our official launch. Selected candidates will work directly on live campaigns, content production, and platform management across our active social media channels. This is a full-time, unpaid internship based in Riyadh.

Duration:  2 to 3 months

Working Hours:  10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday

Location:  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site, daily attendance required)

Responsibilities

·       Creating and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X

·       Writing Arabic and English copy for organic posts, paid advertisements, and campaign assets

·       Supporting the execution of paid media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager

·       Producing and editing short-form video content and static design assets

·       Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to weekly reporting

·       Participating in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and launch strategy discussions

Requirements

·       Current university student or recent graduate 

·       Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is mandatory

·       Riyadh resident with the ability to commute to the office daily

·       Ability to financially support oneself for the full duration of the unpaid internship

·       Demonstrated interest in digital marketing through personal projects, university coursework, or freelance work

·       Familiarity with any of the following is considered an advantage: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, or Snapchat Ads Manager

Important Notice

This is an unpaid internship. Candidates are expected to be Riyadh residents who are able to support themselves financially throughout the internship period. Applications from candidates who do not meet this requirement or who are unable to commit to the full schedule will not be considered.

• Upon successful completion of the internship period, high-performing candidates will be offered a formal employment contract with Mekaaz.
