Medical Director – Healthcare & Event Medical Services

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Medical Director to lead and oversee all clinical operations across EMAHS. The ideal candidate will provide strong medical leadership, ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, and maintain the highest standards of patient care across home care, emergency, and event medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all medical and clinical operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor medical policies, clinical protocols, and best practices in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and support medical and nursing teams to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate with clients, event organizers, and operational teams to ensure medical readiness for home care assignments, events, and emergency deployments.
• Review and approve medical documentation, incident reports, patient assessments, and transfer summaries.
• Ensure full compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations, licensing requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead training programs, simulations, and continuous professional development for clinical staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the medical department.
• Serve as a key advisor to management on clinical risk, quality improvement, and service expansion.

Key Requirements

• MBBS / MD degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility (DHA/DOH/MOH).
• Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in home care and on-call medical services.
• Prior experience in clinical leadership, emergency medical services, or event medical care is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
