• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage medical and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and healthcare standards
• Monitor performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality
• Handle reporting, budgeting, and operational planning
• Support business growth and improve clinic efficiency

Requirements

• Valid DOH license or eligibility
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments and teams
