Medical Representative Key Responsibilities \* Promote compounding pharmacy products and customized formulations to physicians and clinics \* Conduct regular clinic visits and medical detailing to explain the benefits of compounded medications \* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers \* Generate prescriptions and expand RX Plus presence within clinics \* Identify new clinics and business opportunities within the assigned territory \* Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on market needs and competition Requirements \* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical field \* 2–5 years experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the UAE healthcare market \* Experience promoting products to Dermatologists, Aesthetic Medicine Physicians, Gynecologists, Endocrinologists, Anti-aging / Functional Medicine doctors, and General Practitioners working in aesthetic or wellness clinics \* Background in dermatology, hormone therapy, aesthetics, peptides, or wellness products is highly preferred \* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with physicians \* Target-driven with strong sales and negotiation abilities \* Valid UAE driving license \* Language Preferred: English, Arabic and Indian Speakers
