We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell dermatology products to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical or dermatology product sales within the UAE and possess strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and achieve sales targets for dermatology products within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, general practitioners, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Conduct regular product presentations and scientific detailing to healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Plan and execute daily sales visits according to the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and orders.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
• Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in pharmaceutical or dermatology product sales.
• Strong network with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in aesthetic, skincare, or cosmetic dermatology products.
• Strong understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
• Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
• Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
