  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with deep functional knowledge of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain processes, including Inventory-to-Finance integration.
  • Ability to analyze system/database logs and troubleshoot transactional and posting issues.
  • Basic working knowledge of X++, extensions, batch jobs, and system integrations for support purposes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in a support-driven, SLA-based environment, with flexibility to work in shifts or provide on-call support when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
  • Exhibits strong industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Finance or Supply Chain, understanding specific business processes.
  • Displays a proven track record of successfully implementing and configuring multiple Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
  • Possesses strong understanding of business processes and workflows related to ERP systems.
  • Exhibits excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve functional issues.
