Zulekha Hospitals Sharjah is looking for a Nephrologist who would like to be a part of this excellent team.

Criteria :

· Educational Degree : Masters in Nephrology / MD /Board certified.

· DHA/MOH license or Letter

· 5 years of Hospital experience

Arabic speaking will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Examines patients with kidney and related problems
  • Establishes the epidemiology and genetics / patient history
  • Examines the pathology and pathogenesis
  • Examines and establishes the clinical manifestations and onset of the problem ( signs and symptoms )
  • Establishes symptoms and manifestations ( renal injury, failure, kidney stone etc )
  • Suggests tests for investigation of the exact problem ( laboratory etc )
  • Evaluates and analyses the findings of the tests

Handling emergencies beside the ICU when required.

Checks records, charts and reports of the patient

Take rounds of the ward/ICU to check on patient’s progress

Counseling patients and their family as regards to attitude/psychology, medication/

treatment/ precautions to be taken/ risk factors, diet and nutrition/ exercises etc

Attending conferences, seminars, conventions to gain and contribute knowledge and expertise
