Job Overview IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and qualified Nurse in Abu Dhabi to provide high-quality patient care and clinical support within our hospital operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, clinical nursing, healthcare support, medication administration, and hospital nursing procedures .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional patient care and nursing support according to hospital standards
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and nursing documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding healthcare plans and treatments
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies and healthcare needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
• Valid DOH / HAAD / DHA nursing license or eligibility preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced hospital environments and shifts
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach
• UAE healthcare experience preferred
