Nursery Manager

Responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high-quality early years education, compliance with KHDA regulations, staff supervision, and a safe learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursery operations
• Ensure compliance with KHDA and UAE regulations
• Lead and manage teaching and support staff
• Implement and monitor EYFS curriculum
• Manage admissions, budgeting, and administration
• Maintain health, safety, and safeguarding standards
• Build strong relationships with parents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and Cache level 5 certificate ( Attested)
• 2–5 years’ experience in nursery leadership
• Knowledge of KHDA regulations and EYFS
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Own visa/Husband sponsership
