• esNursing Competence Developme nt: Support and develop the clinical skills of nursing staff through structured program
• s.Orientation for New Nurs es: Plan and facilitate nursing orientation programs, ensuring that all new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for their role
• s.Nursing Procedure Complian ce: Ensure the correct application of nursing procedures and policies, conducting regular assessments to maintain high standard
• s.Training Needs Assessme nt: Identify training requirements and develop interventions to address clinical gap
