Role Description The Nutritionist role is a part-time, remote position focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based nutrition support within MantraCare’s AI-first care ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual assessments, developing individualized nutrition plans, and providing ongoing nutritional counseling for clients with diverse needs, including weight management and chronic conditions. The Nutritionist collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams, documents care plans in digital platforms, and aligns recommendations with MantraCare’s holistic wellness and clinical guidelines. The role also involves providing nutrition education through telehealth sessions, webinars, or digital content, and contributing feedback to refine AI-driven tools and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply current clinical guidelines to diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques.
  • Experience in Weight Management, designing sustainable, individualized plans that consider medical and lifestyle factors.
  • Skills in Nutrition Education, creating clear, engaging materials and delivering virtual education sessions.
  • Relevant degree or certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration where applicable is preferred.
  • Comfort working in digital health environments, including telehealth platforms and electronic documentation tools.
  • Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate with remote, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with chronic disease management programs (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular health) is an advantage.
