Office Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors the efficiency of the company's departments and apply methods to improve processes.
• Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health.
• Monitoring all the department's compliance with operational policies and regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise daily operational activities to meet organizational goals.
• Facilitating day-to-day activities to keep organizational processes flowing smoothly and effectively.
• Keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions.
• Oversee departments’ performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs.
• Supervise and train employees.
• Analyze business requirements and customer needs.
• Complete coordination with all the departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Review and analyze department activities and data to aid planning and risk management and to improve departments’ performance.
• Submit monthly Departments’ Performance Report, any other report as required by the management.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's Degree preferably medical/healthcare background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.
