Offline Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Offline Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our on-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including booths, exhibitions, events, workshops, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Oversee branding materials production (flyers, brochures, roll-ups, posters, stands, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand activation and audience engagement.
• Manage field marketing activities, including coordinating with sales teams and arranging on-site presence.
• Track and analyze offline campaign performance and prepare post-event reports.
• Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, design, operations) to support business goals.
• Manage budgets for offline events and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, partners, and community groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing, events, or brand activation (preferred).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for events and on-ground activations.
