Job Overview

The Operations and Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning, operational excellence, and business development initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency, profitability, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Manage clinic staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to optimize resource allocation and patient scheduling.
  • Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the clinic's market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new patients.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including referring physicians, insurance companies, and vendors.
  • Patient Experience:
  • Ensure a patient-centered approach in all aspects of clinic operations.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, business development, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
