Rology is an advanced teleradiology platform designed to address the global shortage of radiologists and reduce delays in medical reporting. Leveraging AI-powered DICOM viewer technology, Rology ensures rapid and efficient matching of hospital cases from around the world with highly skilled remote radiologists. The platform plays a pivotal role in optimizing healthcare delivery by significantly decreasing report turnaround times and improving patient outcomes.

Role Purpose

The Senior Operations & Medical Quality Manager is the strategic lead for Rology’s diagnostic delivery. You will ensure the seamless integration of medical excellence, operational speed, and financial accuracy. This role is responsible for the performance of the Tele-radiology Admin team, the satisfaction of our global radiologist network, and the clinical trust of our clients.

Core Responsibilities 1. Operational & Clinical Strategy

• Workflow Optimization

  Oversee the entire diagnostic lifecycle, ensuring the Admin team effectively manages "rechecks," missing clinical data, and series completion.

• Performance Analytics

  Conduct weekly operational analysis

  to track and improve Turnaround Time (TAT)

  and Error Rates

• Quality Governance

  Lead all quality tasks for the operation, including auditing medical reports for structure, language, and clinical accuracy.

• Tech Integration

  Partner with the Tech team to provide feedback on platform updates and ensure the smooth rollout of new software features.

2. Team Leadership & Talent Management

• Recruitment

  Lead the hiring and onboarding of new Tele-radiology Admins and the vetting/onboarding of new Radiologists to the network.

• Management

  Facilitate weekly team meetings, manage shift schedules (24/7 coverage), and conduct monthly performance assessments

• Communication Audit

  Monitor communication channels between Admins, Radiologists, and Clients to maintain a high standard of professional liaison.

3. Client Success & Business Development

• Sales Coordination

  Partner with the Sales team to identify client needs and ensure successful onboarding of new accounts.

• Field Engagement

  Conduct on-site client visits

  and training sessions to ensure platform adoption and maintain high retention (Travel is company-covered).

• Issue Resolution

  Act as the final point of escalation for client complaints or medical recheck requests.

4. Financial Authority & Oversight

• Radiologists fees

  Responsible for finalizing radiologist fees with the CFO  based on verified case counts and quality metrics.

• Budgeting

  Manage the operational budget, identifying ways to optimize costs without compromising medical quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience

  5–7 years in Healthcare Operations, (preferred RIS/PACS Management, or Tele-radiology). At least 3 years in a managerial role with proven leadership.

• Education

  Master’s Degree, Fellowship, or Diploma in a medical field. Specialized certification in Health Informatics

  or Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA)

  is highly preferred.

• Languages

  Native/Fluent Arabic and English

• Technical Skills

  Advanced command of Windows, Office 365, and Mail. Familiarity with DICOM standards and tele-radiology platforms.

• Travel

  Ability to travel for client visits and training (valid driver’s license/mobility required).
