What You’ll Do

🔹 Provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care across multiple subspecialties

🔹 Perform advanced procedures including Cataract (phacoemulsification, femtosecond-assisted) and Refractive surgeries (LASIK, PRK, SMILE, phakic IOLs, refractive lens exchange)

🔹 Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care

🔹 Ensure patient safety, comfort, and personalized treatment plans every step of the way

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Board Certified Ophthalmologist (FRCS, FRCOphth, FEBO, or equivalent)

✅ Experienced Anterior Segment Surgeon with a strong background in Refractive & Cataract surgery

✅ Minimum 5–10 years of surgical and clinical experience post-specialty training

✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach

✅ Leadership potential – the role includes opportunities for Medical Director-level responsibility
