Part time Accountant for a Clinic

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant with a background in aesthetic clinics to join our dynamic team on part time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and other UAE tax regulations.
• Handle accounts receivable/payable and reconciliation of bank statements.
• Monitor clinic expenses and provide cost optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in an aesthetic or healthcare clinic.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
