Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Sharjah. The Patient Coordinator will handle patient scheduling, manage patient records, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers. The role involves coordinating with insurance companies, processing patient referrals, and ensuring smooth patient flow within the facility. The Patient Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining a positive patient experience by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with patient scheduling and record management
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance coordination
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in medical software and data entry systems
• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
