Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator at Quttainah Specialized Hospital, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for handling phone inquiries, scheduling patient appointments, performing receptionist duties, and using medical terminology appropriately. They will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring professional and courteous communication while facilitating a seamless experience for individuals seeking the hospital's services.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle Appointment Scheduling effectively
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, including welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
• Knowledge and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Excellent Communication skills in English and Russian
• Customer service orientation with the ability to address patient concerns professionally
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage schedules and assist patients efficiently
• Prior experience in a medical, healthcare, or customer service role is preferred
