Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunication Specialist at our location in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Telecommunication Specialist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, insurance verification, and familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures.

Qualifications

  • Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience in Medical Office procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

Job Requirements:

  • Languages: English
  • Department Duty Timing : 7am to 10pm
  • Salary : AED 3000 TO AED 3500
