Pediatric Specialist (Full-Time)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pediatric Specialist (MD) to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents — ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and compassionate, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and curative medical care for children, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions and illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as part of patient evaluation and management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and caregivers.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records in compliance with DOH standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics.
• Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility for licensing.
• Board certification (or equivalent) in Pediatrics.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fellowship training or subspecialty experience (e.g., Neonatology, Pediatric Cardiology) is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a hospital or multi-specialty medical center.
• BLS and PALS certification.
