Pharmacist cum Sales Person (Arabic Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Integrity & Patient Safety: Execute precision in prescription dispensing, dosage verification, and patient counseling. You will serve as the primary educator on medication adherence and potential contraindications.
• Strategic Retail Growth: Act as a brand ambassador by driving OTC, supplement, and dermo-cosmetic sales. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly targets through proactive, value-added recommendations.
• Traceability & Compliance: Maintain 100% regulatory compliance. As a "Tatmeen-expert" user, you will oversee the serialization lifecycle—from receiving to decommissioning—ensuring the UAE’s vision for a counterfeit-free supply chain is upheld.
• Operational Excellence: Lead inventory optimization by monitoring stock turnover, managing near-expiry protocols, and maintaining seamless relationships with distributors.
• Insurance & Tech Management: Navigate TPA portals for swift claim approvals and utilize pharmacy management software to ensure high operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Licensure: Valid MOH, DHA, or DOH (HAAD) License or Evaluation Letter is mandatory.
• Experience: 2+ years of UAE retail pharmacy experience, with a proven track record of balancing clinical duties with sales performance.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with UAE Ministry of Health regulations and hands-on proficiency in the Tatmeen traceability platform.
• Language & Communication: Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
