Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pharmacist In Charge at a Compounding Pharmacy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The selected candidate will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and manage the preparation and dispensing of compounded medications. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supervising pharmacy staff, ensuring the quality of all compounded medicines, and adhering to industry protocols. Additional duties include maintaining records, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all pharmacy operations meet regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in pharmacy operations, compounding best practices, and medication preparation
  • In-depth knowledge of DHA, MOH, HAAD, and DHCC regulations as well as familiarity with other applicable healthcare compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Leadership abilities to oversee pharmacy staff and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the quality and safety of all compounded medications
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
  • Experience in licensing applications or renewals related to healthcare professional registrations is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or a related field, with appropriate licensure to practice as a pharmacist in Dubai
