About the Role

This role is for a clinically confident physiotherapist who takes pride in delivering thorough assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and an exceptional patient experience. You'll work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment where integrated care is genuinely practiced.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using a range of clinical techniques
• Design and deliver effective, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans
• Integrate therapies across disciplines where clinically appropriate
• Communicate with patients in a safe, clear, caring, and compassionate manner
• Ensure every patient interaction reflects DISC's commitment to high-quality care
• Adhere to all departmental protocols, SOPs, and infection control processes
• Maintain current DOH licence status and complete all facility licensing requirements on time
• Uphold DISC brand standards across all clinical and operational activity
• Contribute to monthly revenue KPIs through consistent, high-quality clinical delivery

Qualifications

• DOH licensed physiotherapist (please note your licence status in your application)
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy; Master's in Rehabilitation or relevant clinical field preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a clinic or outpatient setting
• Sound knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical dysfunction
• Familiarity with DOH and Ministry of Health regulations
• Experience with infection control processes
• Collaborative, patient-focused mindset with strong communication skills
