Plastic / Hair Reconstructive Surgeon

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Hair Transplant Surgeon Plastic Surgeon to join our cosmetic and aesthetic healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hair restoration procedures, aesthetic treatments, and cosmetic surgery, ensuring high standards of patient care and successful treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Hair Transplant procedures including FUE / FUT techniques
• Conduct patient consultations, scalp assessments, and treatment planning
• Explain procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care to patients
• Perform or support cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures as per specialty
• Ensure safe and effective clinical practices following DOH and UAE healthcare regulations
• Monitor patient recovery and provide follow-up care
• Coordinate with nurses and aesthetic teams for smooth clinical operations
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
• Support clinic growth and patient satisfaction initiatives

Requirements:

• DOH License / Eligibility as Plastic Surgeon or relevant specialty
• Experience in Hair Transplant (FUE/FUT) and cosmetic procedures
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in cosmetic/aesthetic practice
• Strong patient consultation and communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare and cosmetic practice standards

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
