What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a saudi licensed consultant Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon to coordinate clinical activities and manage the clinical staff. You will ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices, uphold ethical and deontological standards, and guarantee the quality of care provided to patients.

Responsabilities

• Represent the company with government authorities for licenses and inspections.
• Act as the company's representative for Medical Licenses in documentation and support the licensing process by liaising with medical authorities.
• Ensure the clinic complies with all medical protocols and hygiene standards.
• Verify and define medical documentation to be signed by patients.
• Maintain the quality standards of the medical team by adhering to protocols.
• Organize and manage medical team.
• Oversee patient satisfaction and ensure quality processes.
• Analyze and monitor revenue generation and acceptance KPIs.
• Manage costs related to the medical department.

Requirements

• Solid experience in the dermatology or plastic surgery field .
• Consultant medical license (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties).
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in the hair health industry is highly valued.
