Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Provider (EMT / Paramedic)

Role Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated EMT / Paramedic to provide professional pre-hospital emergency medical care across Dubai. The candidate will respond to emergency calls, deliver immediate medical treatment, and ensure safe patient transport in compliance with Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) and UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical calls promptly and efficiently.
• Assess patients, provide life-saving interventions, and stabilize conditions during transport.
• Operate ambulances safely and in accordance with UAE traffic and EMS regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and incident reports.
• Ensure ambulances, medical equipment, and supplies are fully stocked and operational.
• Follow DCAS clinical protocols and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch, hospitals, and emergency response teams.
• Participate in standby duties, events, and emergency deployments as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Certified EMT or Paramedic with DCAS eligibility or approval.
• Minimum 1–2 years of EMS field experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Valid BLS certification (ACLS / PHTLS preferred for Paramedics).
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DCAS-approved EMS providers.
• Event medical coverage experience.
• Knowledge of UAE emergency response systems and documentation standards.
