About Tuhoon

Tuhoon is building a culturally attuned mental health and employee wellbeing platform for the GCC.

We partner with employers, institutions, and healthcare organizations to provide confidential, accessible, and localized mental wellbeing support through a modern EAP model.

Our offering includes 24/7 emotional support, access to therapy and coaching, self-guided content, peer support, workplace wellbeing programs, employer reporting, and tailored activation campaigns. We are building for Arabic-speaking and bilingual populations across the region, with a strong focus on trust, privacy, cultural relevance, and measurable impact.

As Tuhoon grows its B2B and partnership footprint, we are looking for a Product Manager who can bring more structure, clarity, and execution discipline to our product roadmap.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own and drive key product workstreams across Tuhoon’s core platform, employer experience, user journeys, care access flows, and partner / white-label deployments.

This role is ideal for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You should be able to translate business priorities, clinical considerations, user needs, and technical constraints into clear product requirements that design and engineering can act on.

You will work closely with the CEO, clinical leadership, engineering, design, operations, customer-facing teams, and external partners to prioritize the roadmap, define requirements, manage delivery, and ensure that Tuhoon’s product experience supports both end users and enterprise clients.

This is not a purely “feature management” role. The right person will help Tuhoon build stronger product operating habits: clearer requirements, better prioritization, tighter QA, cleaner handoffs, better release discipline, and stronger alignment across product, GTM, clinical, operations, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap & Prioritization

Own and maintain Tuhoon’s product roadmap across the core platform, B2B employer needs, and selected partner / white-label requirements.

This includes translating company strategy, customer needs, and commercial priorities into a clear roadmap; prioritizing initiatives based on user value, business impact, urgency, effort, and strategic fit; balancing core platform work with partner-specific requests; and helping leadership understand what is being built, why it matters, and what tradeoffs are being made.

Product Requirements & Documentation

Turn ambiguous ideas and requests into clear, structured requirements that design and engineering can estimate, build, and ship.

This includes writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scopes; breaking larger initiatives into practical MVPs and phases; clarifying flows, edge cases, permissions, dependencies, data needs, and operational implications; and keeping documentation current as priorities evolve.

User Experience & Care Journeys

Work closely with design, clinical, and operations to create product journeys that feel simple, private, culturally appropriate, and trustworthy.

This includes mapping and improving key user journeys across self-guided support, hotline access, therapy, coaching, and workplace wellbeing; designing low-friction access points for users who may be hesitant to seek support; supporting Arabic and English experiences; and reviewing UX/UI before engineering handoff.

B2B & Employer Product Needs

Help shape Tuhoon’s product experience for enterprise clients, HR leaders, and employer populations.

This includes defining employer-facing needs such as reporting, dashboards, utilization insights, launch campaigns, and engagement tracking; translating buyer and customer requirements into product opportunities; supporting productization of B2B modules and services; and ensuring reporting is useful while protecting user privacy and confidentiality.

Partner & White-Label Deployments

Support partner-specific and white-label implementations while helping protect the integrity of Tuhoon’s core platform.

This includes gathering and structuring requirements from partners and clients; coordinating with engineering on feasibility, timelines, dependencies, and deployment needs; distinguishing between core features, white-label capabilities, and client-specific customizations; and ensuring deployments have clear scope, owners, timelines, and acceptance criteria.

Data, Analytics & Tracking

Help Tuhoon build a more data-informed product and GTM operating system.

This includes defining key product, website, funnel, and user journey events; supporting clean event tracking and naming conventions; helping with website analytics, form tracking, CRM handoff, marketing attribution, and source tracking; and using data to identify drop-offs, adoption gaps, and opportunities to improve engagement.

Delivery, QA & Release Management

Help the team ship reliably with better cross-functional coordination.

This includes partnering with engineering on sprint priorities, backlog grooming, and release scope; reviewing features before launch; coordinating QA with design, operations, clinical, commercial, and customer-facing stakeholders; tracking bugs and post-release issues; and communicating product updates internally.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Act as the connective tissue between business, product, engineering, design, clinical, operations, and GTM.

You will work closely with the CEO / founder on priorities, roadmap, and tradeoffs; collaborate with engineering leads to clarify requirements and unblock delivery; partner with clinical stakeholders to ensure product flows reflect safe and appropriate care models; and help internal teams understand what is being built, what is not being built, and why.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone structured, proactive, and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthtech, mental health, SaaS, B2B software, marketplace, employer benefits, or consumer digital products
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business, customer, clinical, or operational needs into concrete product requirements
  • Comfort working closely with non-technical stakeholders, engineers, designers, clinical teams, and operators
  • Strong product judgment and prioritization skills
  • Experience with user journeys, workflow design, internal tools, analytics, and operationally complex products
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, clinical / operational constraints, and technical feasibility
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities may shift
  • High ownership, resourcefulness, and strong follow-through
  • Familiarity with GCC market, Arabic-first products, or culturally localized user experiences

Nice to Have

  • Arabic fluency or strong understanding of Arabic UX, localization, and RTL product behavior
  • Comfort with AI-enabled prototyping, fast MVP development, Figma mockups, or low-fidelity product design
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise reporting, employer dashboards, or customer-facing analytics
  • Familiarity with privacy-sensitive products, aggregate reporting, and confidential user data
  • Familiarity with PDPL or regional privacy regulations
  • Experience with white-label products or partner-specific deployments
  • Familiarity with analytics, event tracking, CRM workflows, or marketing attribution

Working Style

This role requires someone who can operate with structure, but without too much bureaucracy.

The right person should be comfortable asking good questions, turning messy conversations into clear decisions, following up without constant direction, knowing when to push for speed and when to slow down for quality, privacy, or safety, and communicating tradeoffs clearly to leadership and engineering.

You do not need to be deeply technical, but you should be able to have productive conversations with engineering and understand tradeoffs around integrations, data models, APIs, analytics, and release planning.
