Key Accountabilities
- Integrate and align sales plans for assigned customers and Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads & prospects within assigned sales accounts.
- Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth through engagement with current and potential customers within assigned sales accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales goals & budget as assigned by Sales Management. Close and grow sales through professional communication and interaction with current and potential customers.
- Manage customer requirements through meeting with them to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Support customers with technical advice.
- Create and maintain account plans for assigned customers highlighting profile, market share, competition, and value opportunities. Identify, investigate, track and resolve customer concerns or complaints, identify trends, implement solutions, and recommend a course of action on how to mitigate these in the future.
- Provide weekly activity plan and weekly activity report to the management. Meet all required deadlines. Spend a minimum of 4½ days in the field per week.
- Display a consistent and positive attitude. Maintain corporate image at all times. Demonstrate a positive attitude towards team work. Take responsibility for personal and professional development.
- Attend and participate in conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing events. Manage expenses as per corporate policy. Communicate market requirements and market data with marketing and sales teams.
- Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Science, Laboratory, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
- 0-2 Years of experience of proven direct Medical sales
Languages
- Arabic and English professional proficiency.
