Role Description
This role will work closely with Lab head, clinicians, engineers, and research partners to coordinate and deliver a portfolio of medical research and innovation projects , ensuring studies and technology programs run smoothly from concept to clinical validation.
Key aspects of the role
- Coordinate multiple medical research and clinical studies
- Support validation projects for wearables, biosensors, medical devices, and robotics
- Manage ethics submissions, governance approvals, and research operations
- Work with multidisciplinary teams across healthcare, engineering, and industry partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing medical research or clinical studies (required)
- Experience coordinating ethics submissions (IRB), research governance, or regulatory documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in healthcare, med-tech, or digital health environments
- Strong stakeholder coordination and documentation skills
- Fluent English required ; Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage
