Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Officer role located in Dubai. The Quality Officer will oversee quality management processes, perform audits, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and practices in laboratory, hospital, and blood bank settings. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality control assessments, preparing reports, maintaining regulatory documentation, and collaborating with staff to ensure adherence to operational protocols. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with cross-functional teams to support the organization’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Auditing practices
• Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Proficiency in Quality Management processes and systems
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in laboratory, hospital, or blood bank environments
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Experience in GMP-certified environments is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
