Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Assist in planning, designing, and executing research experiments or product development initiatives.
  • Conduct literature reviews, market research, or scientific studies to support R&D projects.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data; maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Marketing to support product development and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company protocols.
  • Test new materials, methods, or products and report findings to supervisors or project leads.
  • Support innovation by contributing ideas for new product development or process improvement.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues during the research or development process.
  • Maintain laboratory or R&D equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
