Requirements:

• Ability to promote the medical center and manage the rental of available dental/medical rooms.
• Proven ability to market a medical center and manage the leasing of dental and medical rooms.
• Expertise in sourcing and attracting highly experienced medical specialists.
• Mandatory prior experience in the real estate industry.
• Valid RERA Certification and RERA License.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Promote clinic rental opportunities across multiple property portals.
• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers effectively to successfully close deals.
