Job Description

We are seeking a well-spoken, personable, and attractive Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the beauty industry and be experienced in using DHA software especially Clinicea. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and Messages
• Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
• Maintain client records using DHA software (we use Docmate)
• Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services
• Preparing drinks for the clients and staff
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
• Process transactions and manage billing and payments
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Excellent public relations and communication skills
• Arabic language is an advantage
• Presentable, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in DHA software is a must
• Previous experience working in a beauty clinic is required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
