Recruitment Officer

Location: Qatar

Reports To: HR Manager/ Country Director

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates in accordance with company policies and Qatar labor regulations. The role involves sourcing talent locally and internationally, coordinating interviews, processing employment documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to employee onboarding.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements on recruitment portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Source candidates through databases, recruitment agencies, job fairs, referrals, and professional networking platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Verify candidate credentials, employment history, educational qualifications, and professional licenses.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including medical examinations, background verification, visa processing, and onboarding documentation.
• Liaise with overseas recruitment agencies, government authorities, and embassies regarding recruitment documentation.
• Manage the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) licensing process for healthcare professionals, including eligibility assessment, document collection, and application submission.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, operations, and clinical departments to ensure timely deployment of licensed healthcare professionals.
• Monitor recruitment timelines and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed service levels.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns locally and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, DHP regulations, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
