Registered Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health Care team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and care techniques
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and Medicare guidelines
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of [1–2] years of nursing experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification (BLS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,500.00 per month
