Role Description This full-time Registered Nurse role is an on-site position based in Al Ain. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, supporting physicians and other clinicians during examinations and procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. The nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans and health promotion, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, and adhere to infection control and quality improvement initiatives. The role also involves responding to emergencies, participating in shift handovers, and contributing to a supportive and respectful work environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in the UAE; degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs and clinical status.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing standards, infection control, patient safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm and focused in high-pressure or emergency situations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
  • Experience in clinic or hospital settings; previous work in primary care or specialty clinics is an advantage.
  • Continuous learning mindset, with willingness to participate in training, professional development, and quality improvement activities.
