Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse based at Ain Al Khaleej Hospital in Al Jimi, Al Ain. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care, including patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating care plans with the healthcare team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients and families, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and administering medications.
• Skilled in monitoring patient conditions, maintaining medical records, and adhering to safety and compliance protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced medical environment and handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Must hold a valid nursing license recognized by HAAD or be eligible for licensing in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a tertiary hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care.
