Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse with experience in elderly care or handling medical cases to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for elderly patients and individuals who require medical assistance.

This role involves providing professional nursing care, monitoring patient health conditions, and supporting daily medical and personal care needs. The candidate should be able to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide professional nursing care and support to elderly patients

* Monitor and record patient vital signs and health conditions

* Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility when required

* Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans (as applicable)

* Coordinate with doctors, family members, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care

* Respond promptly to medical concerns and ensure patient safety at all times

* Maintain proper documentation and patient records

Requirements:

* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Assistant Nurse qualification

* Previous experience in elderly care, home care, or medical case management preferred

* Knowledge of patient care procedures and basic medical protocols

* Compassionate, patient, and responsible personality

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to handle medical cases with professionalism and empathy

* Ability to work flexible schedules if required

* Experience working in the UAE healthcare environment is an advantage
