Sales & Business Development Officer – Healthcare

Alleanza Healthcare LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and professional service presentations.
• Work closely with Operations, Clinical, and Administration teams to convert business opportunities into successful partnerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Stay updated with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Sales & Business Development experience.
• Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, or Medical Services experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED2.00 - AED5.00 per month
